With The Vorrh trilogy, poet, sculptor, painter, and performance artist Brian Catling has created literary dark fantasy which wilfully ignores boundaries, crossing over into surrealism, magic-realism, horror and steampunk. The Vorrh is a vast – perhaps endless – forest, a place of demons and angels, of warriors and priests. Sentient and magical, the Vorrh bends time and wipes memory.
